From behaviour to dependency

At Brain 360 we treat behavioural addictions: behaviour that is, in principle, habitual and harmless, but can interfere in everyday life. When someone feels that they cannot control a behaviour, it is time to address it.

Often this behaviour reflects something else that is not going well. Lack of self-esteem, insecurities, or problems in personal relationships can be triggers for addictions.
